Surface Polishing

The surface grinding platform has processes such as full roll oil based sanding and flat dry sanding, mainly producing styles such as 2B, BA, NO.4, HL, NO.8, and providing customized services for incoming samples. The platform has achieved a full range of processing capabilities from cold rolling to hot rolling, from thin plate to medium thick plate, from flat plate to rolled plate, and from dry grinding to oily sanding.

The medium and thick plate whole roll grinding equipment increases the thickness of the continuous oil grinding process of the coil to 8mm, and expands the processing range from cold rolled surfaces to hot rolled surfaces. This equipment fills the gap in the continuous oil grinding process of hot-rolled coil plates with a thickness of over 4mm.
